As an Operational Resilience & ITIL Process Lead at Tre, you'll have a key role in strengthening our ability to handle disruptions, crises, and changing conditions. You'll build robust working methods, drive improvements, and ensure we're prepared when it really matters. About the role In this role, you'll be central to making Tre's operations even more robust, stable, and ready for the unexpected. You'll develop our working methods and processes so they function in everyday situations, but above all when conditions change rapidly and it really counts. You're responsible for driving the development of our most important operational processes, including incident, change, performance, and crisis management. You'll identify what can be improved, challenge existing approaches, and turn ideas into concrete improvements. At the same time, you'll ensure we maintain high quality and meet both internal and regulatory requirements. The goal is straightforward: more stable, secure, and predictable operations. When a major incident or crisis occurs, you're an important person in creating structure and making things happen. You coordinate efforts, ensure the right people are involved, and that communication is clear. Once the situation is under control, you ensure we take the lessons forward and use them to be even better next time. You'll become an important part of our preparedness and continuity work, with the goal of building an organization that stands firm even when the unexpected happens. The role has broad contact points, both internally and externally, where you collaborate with different parts of Tre, our technical teams, authorities, suppliers, and other partners. As a Nordic role, you'll work closely with teams and functions in both Sweden and Denmark and will have the opportunity to create conditions for a stable and resilient operation across our entire organization. You can look forward to Working with socially critical infrastructure and having a key role in operational security Being a bridge between Tre, our Regulatory function, and relevant authorities. You'll help us understand and implement regulatory requirements in practice, handle questions and requests from authorities, and represent Tre in relevant forums and contexts. Driving technology preparedness planning and collaborating with other business areas within Tre in Sweden and Denmark. About you With extensive experience in operational roles within telecommunications, networks, or IT, you feel confident leading in complex and time-pressured situations. You're a structured and analytical person who creates clarity even at high pace. With strong and pedagogical communication skills, you make technical issues understandable across different parts of the organization. Furthermore, you have documented experience with Incident, Change, and Performance Management and are familiar with regulatory requirements and authority contacts. You have good technical understanding of mobile networks, IT infrastructure, operational environments, monitoring, and NOC processes, as well as insight into IT security matters. Post-secondary education in IT, operations, or information security is a good foundation for the role, as is experience or certification in ITIL. Since you'll be our specialist in this area, it's important that you enjoy taking on responsibility and independently driving work forward. At the same time, you're a team player who enjoys cross-functional collaboration, building engagement, and leading different types of forums.
