JOB DUTIES In your role as an employee with us, you will work with personal care, everyday tasks such as cleaning and laundry, social activities, medication management and representative roles. The work also includes active contact person responsibilities, implementation plans and social documentation. Our operations run day, evening and night as well as weekdays and weekends. In Kälarne you become part of a fantastic team consisting of nursing assistants, care workers, nurses, rehabilitation staff and unit managers. We have close collaboration here in Kälarne between Home Care, the elderly care facility Tallgläntan and the night patrol. In Bräcke Municipality, we apply desired employment rates within the care and social services department. We offer you a permanent employment at 100% as the baseline, but you choose the employment rate you want yourself. QUALIFICATIONS It is meritorious if you are a trained nursing assistant and if you have experience with contact person responsibilities, implementation plans, BPSD and are familiar with the LifeCare systems. To thrive in the role, it is important that you have good planning and collaboration skills. The work requires that you can take initiative and be independent and flexible. You are responsible and engaged, have good customer service awareness and communication skills. Great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability, especially regarding manner and positive attitude. If you are a trained nursing assistant, you need to prove it with a professional certificate from Socialstyrelsen. Possible probation is applied for 6 months. Employment form: Permanent employment.
