Alma Assistans is a dedicated company that works in collaboration with clients to create personalized assistance. We work closely with our clients and understand that good relationships are the key to well-functioning assistance. We operate throughout Sweden with offices in Uppsala, Jönköping, Ulricehamn, Malmö, Helsingborg, and Växjö. We are now seeking one or two dedicated personal assistants for a woman in Heby who needs support with her daily life. As an applicant, you should be creative, positive, and have your heart in the right place. You should be able to step in during illness and vacations. About the Position The tasks are varied and include: - Personal care - Help with social activities - Support with exercise - General household chores You will work closely with the client and be an important part of creating a safe and meaningful everyday life. Working hours are scheduled for daytime and evening, both on weekdays and weekends. About You We are looking for someone who: - Is attentive, responsible, and flexible - Has a genuine interest in working with people - Enjoys a role where you both support and engage - Has good collaboration skills and a good sense of humor Experience with Rett syndrome and epilepsy is a merit, but not a requirement.
