About the Role This is a position for someone who enjoys having many contact points, building good relationships, and finding solutions together with others. You will work closely with a colleague with the same area of responsibility and become part of an engaged team. As an Area Coordinator, you will have a central role in our operations in Malmö, Lund, Arlöv, and Hörby. You are responsible for staffing and creating the conditions for operations to run smoothly every day. The role involves close collaboration with managers and support functions, while maintaining regular contact with staff. Your work tasks include, among other things: Plan and create schedules Ensure daily staffing and handle absences Update substitute lists and staffing-related procedures Participate in the onboarding of new employees and contribute to a safe and professional start Provide support to managers and employees on staffing and working hours matters Participate in operational development work in this area We're Looking for Someone Who Has: Relevant education in staffing, personnel administration, or another area deemed equivalent by the employer Knowledge of labor law and experience with scheduling systems At least one year of experience with similar tasks Very good Swedish skills, both spoken and written Class B driving license We Consider It a Merit If You Have: Experience with Flex HRM Experience creating new base schedules Work experience from care, health services, or residential care facilities Personal Qualities We place great importance on your personal qualities.
