As Area Manager, you will have a central role in our business and become an important part of Recover Skadeservice AB's leadership. You will report directly to the CEO and lead supervisors and employees within your area. About the role As Area Manager, you will independently drive, develop, and grow your area based on the goals and budget you set together with the CEO. You have clear overall responsibility for results, finances, personnel, work environment, customer relationships, and the continued development of the business. An important part of the assignment is to ensure that the operation achieves its KPIs and that you quickly identify and implement measures when results or delivery deviate from set targets. The role combines strategic and operational leadership. You need to be comfortable both lifting your perspective and working long-term on business development, while also having the ability to act when the situation requires it. Your main areas of responsibility Leadership and employees Lead and develop managers and employees with a focus on engagement, involvement, competence, and performance. Ensure clear goals, good communication, and an efficient organization with the right conditions for employees. Drive present leadership and continuously follow up on employee development and engagement. Finances and results Have full budget and results responsibility for the area and ensure an efficient and profitable operation. Monitor finances, KPIs, efficiency, and profitability, and when necessary, initiate and implement measures. Respond for ensuring that business decisions, procurement, agreements, and other financial processes comply with company guidelines. Operations and business development Ensure efficient operations with the right resources and good planning in both the short and long term. Drive growth and development of the business, and optimize resources and work methods. Collaborate actively with other areas, regions, and support functions to develop Recover as a whole. Customers, sales, and market Build and develop long-term customer relationships and be an active ambassador for Recover. Monitor the market, identify new business opportunities, and drive sales and growth in your area. Ensure close and professional customer dialogue together with the organization. Work environment and safety Have clear and continuous responsibility for work environment, safety, and risk awareness in your area. Ensure that employees have the right training, equipment, and conditions to work safely. Follow up on work environment activities and ensure that risks and deviations are handled and lead to concrete measures. You will also work systematically with monitoring of, among other things, e-NPS, NPS, sick leave, risk observations, efficiency, budget, project margins, and new and existing customers.
