We are now looking for a driven OHSE Specialist who wants to continue developing a safe and sustainable workplace at Skruf Snus. About the Role Skruf Snus is growing and is now recruiting for a new position as OHSE Specialist (Occupational Health, Safety & Environment), where you will have a central role in ensuring a continued safe, secure, and sustainable work environment for employees at the Skruf Snus factory in Sävsjö. The workplace maintains high quality and safety today, and as a specialist in occupational health and safety, you will continue to develop work in this area. In this role, you will serve as an important advisor in the organization to further develop safety and regulatory compliance in the operation. You will work closely with production, support functions, and management and drive improvement initiatives within occupational health and safety while ensuring compliance with legal requirements and ISO standards. As an OHSE Specialist, you will also work with documentation and further develop quality management systems. Examples of work tasks: Ensure compliance with OHSE legislation and internal guidelines Develop risk assessments and safety procedures Drive improvement work, deviation management, and preventive measures Work with documentation, safety inspections, and internal audits Further develop quality management systems Conduct training and serve as an advisor in occupational health and safety, and maintain contact with authorities Your Profile We are looking for someone with experience in occupational health, safety, and quality management systems who thrives in a role where you can combine structure, analysis, and improvement work. As a person, you are communicative, driven, and confident in your expertise with the ability to collaborate across different departments. Requirements: At least 3 years of experience in occupational health and safety Relevant education or valid OHSE certification Experience working with quality management systems Knowledge of ISO 45001 and Swedish occupational health and safety legislation Experience with risk assessments and improvement work Good communication skills in Swedish and English Meritorious: Experience from industrial or manufacturing environments Knowledge of ISO 14001 and ISO 9001 Experience with chemical handling About Skruf Snus At Skruf Snus, you get a varied role where you make a difference, both in the factory and for our customers.
