What you will do with us: You will spend the first weeks in our training center, where we will prepare you for work in the aviation industry. You will then join production as a resistance welder. What you will do with us: - resistance spot welding on modern machines (machine operation) - work with thin-walled and precision parts - quality control and adherence to technological procedures What you will need for your work: - welding experience - an advantage, we are able to teach you the work - knowledge of measurement (caliper, micrometer, gauge) - ability to read technical documentation - willingness to work in three-shift operations - attention to detail, responsibility and willingness to learn new procedures What we offer you: Salary and bonuses - annual salary increases - supplements: afternoon +10 %, night +17 %, overtime up to +50 % - performance bonus up to 6,000 CZK/month Benefits you will appreciate - transportation allowance up to 106 CZK/day - contribution to pension or investment product up to 3 % of salary - Benefit+ program 5,000 CZK/year - free accommodation for the first 6 months - subsidized meals (lunches from 49 CZK) + free coffee - free physiotherapy directly at the workplace - company events for employees and their families Would you like to have a look first?
