JOB DUTIES At the group home, you will work with individuals with functional variations who need support and care in their daily lives. You will provide individually adapted support to promote independence, security, and quality of life. We work with implementation plans and care plans as well as contact person responsibilities. As a contact person, you are responsible for establishing and following up on implementation plans based on the resident's needs. Support for relatives is also part of the contact person's responsibility. Job duties include providing care, services, and assistance to residents. This also includes household tasks such as cleaning, laundry, and social activities. You are expected to be able to perform health and medical care tasks following instruction/prescription and delegation by licensed personnel, for example, specific rehabilitation, medication management. You are responsible for documenting your work and the tasks you perform to ensure quality in our operations. QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for someone with previous experience working in care and services. If you are trained as a nursing assistant, we see this as meritorious. We are looking for someone who is solution-focused, responsive, flexible, patient, and has good interpersonal skills. You find it easy to collaborate with others while being able to work independently and "see what needs to be done." Great emphasis is placed on personal suitability. You should have an interest in performing health and medical care tasks. Experience with LSS, rehabilitation, and/or other specialties, as well as interest and experience with technology/IT support in care, is meritorious. A driver's license is not required, but it is meritorious. Salary form: Monthly salary. Employment form: Fixed-term employment. Duration: 3-6 months. Start: According to agreement.
