POSITION OVERVIEW: Pedagogical activities in the field of energy engineering in English, including lectures, examinations, teaching in seminars, practical classes and laboratory exercises, including preparation of study materials and educational resources, as well as supervision of bachelor's and diploma theses, creative activities, particularly independent work on research and development projects according to defined objectives. Participation in the preparation and execution of projects as a team member, publication activities and professional development.
EDUCATION AND SKILLS: Completed doctoral studies in Applied Mechanics (fluid mechanics, thermomechanics) or in Energy Machines and Equipment, or a related field; professional and publication activities in the field are advantageous; teaching experience is advantageous; industrial experience is advantageous; required knowledge of English language at minimum level B1; knowledge of additional languages is advantageous; criminal, civil and moral integrity; independence and responsibility.
EMPLOYMENT TERMS: 100% position, employment contract will be concluded for a fixed term until 30.9.2027 with possibility of extension. START DATE: October 2026/by agreement.
SALARY: Pay grade A3, minimum monthly salary after successful adaptation: 40,000 CZK, possibility of personal and project bonuses after probation period based on job performance evaluation.
