Work Responsibilities: - Comprehensive accounting management for the municipality in the KEO system, in accordance with Act No. 563/1991 Coll., on Accounting, as amended, and implementing regulation No. 410/2009 Coll., as amended. - Preparation of financial statements, annual accounts, and transmission of accounting data to KÚ/ČSÚIS. - Preparation of the municipality's final accounts, communication with the municipal council, and mandatory publication of documents in accordance with Act No. 250/2000 Coll., on Budget Rules for Territorial Budgets, as amended. - Financial administration of subsidy programs. - Comprehensive asset management in the KEO system, including inventory. - Preparation of audit documentation and communication with auditors. - Tax matters, preparation and submission of tax returns. - Recording of municipal liabilities and receivables, cooperation in collection efforts. - Processing of statistical reports. - Management of bank payment transactions. - Preparation of accounting documents for archiving and cooperation with document destruction procedures. - Additional administrative work at the municipal office IMPORTANT: In addition to a resume, you must also submit an application form for the public call
