Job Responsibilities:
- Review, administer, and evaluate applications for financial support.
- Complete management of assigned agenda.
- Communication with clients, government offices, banks, and insurance companies – by phone, email, and in writing (no business development).
- Preparation of materials for company decision-making bodies.
- Work with internal client databases and tools such as E-spis, Ares, Business Register, Microsoft CRM, Cribis.
- Management of incoming and outgoing correspondence, including execution of contractual documentation.
- Provision of information services to the public.
Minimum Requirements:
- Secondary education with diploma (maturita).
- Ability and skills for performing process-driven administrative work.
- Diligence, responsibility, teamwork, and attention to detail.
- Ability to properly formulate responses to questions, information, and needs of clients and colleagues.
- Proficiency with computer work and at least basic user-level skills in internet navigation.
- Excellent knowledge of Czech language, both spoken and written.
- Experience is not required but may be an advantage in banking, insurance, or similarly administratively focused work.
Employment Terms: Full-time position, fixed-term contract for 1 year, with possibility of extension to permanent contract,
