We are looking for a skilled and careful colleague who loves honest craftwork and wants to see the results of their work every day. What will your job entail? o Manual production of climbing and barefoot shoes. o Work according to established technological procedures. o Maintaining order and cleanliness in the workplace. o Independent work without assembly line production - you organize your work at your own pace. What do we expect from you? o Manual dexterity, attention to detail, and an eye for quality. o Willingness to learn new things. o Independence, responsibility, and reliability. o Positive attitude toward work and teamwork. o Experience in shoemaking is an advantage, not a requirement. o We are happy to teach you everything you need to know.
