Firing Center Operator (M/F)

What you will do: · Operate firing and ultrasonic furnaces according to provided instructions · Disassemble and assemble nozzles using specified fixtures, tools, and work stations · Monitor adequate supply of replacement parts and coordinate with colleagues · Ensure quality of work performed · Perform inspections and record firing and waste data · Operate lifting equipment for your work What we require: · Manual dexterity · Production experience is a plus (not required) · Attention to detail, reliability, and responsible approach · Willingness to work in shift operations (12-hour shifts, short/long week) What we offer: · Training under the supervision of an experienced operator · Compensation corresponding to the demands of the position, including shift work premiums · Pension insurance contribution, meal subsidies, and additional benefits · 25 days of vacation First year contract for a definite period Employee Benefits Meal subsidies at the company cafeteria, pension savings contribution, 25 days of vacation, personal compensation to salary of 8% of base salary Contact: by email, by phone 8:00 - 14:00 hrs.
