We're looking for a new team member at Vancl Sport Vrchlabí! Do you love skiing, sports, or working with people? Want to spend the winter season in an environment that's truly passionate about sports? Join our team at Vancl Sport! For the 2026/27 winter season, we're expanding our team with a new member. SPORTS EQUIPMENT STORE ASSOCIATE What awaits you? • Store operations and daily customer communication • Advice and sales of ski equipment • Helping customers choose skis, snowboards, and other gear • Basic guidance on ski and snowboard servicing • Working in a pleasant sports retail environment • Opportunity to learn new skills and advance professionally What do we expect from you? • Positive attitude toward sports, ideally skiing • Friendly and professional demeanor • Good communication skills • Reliability, attention to detail, and team spirit • Time flexibility during the winter season • PC proficiency • Basic knowledge of English or German • Class B driver's license is an advantage, not a requirement What we offer you? • Salary from 30 000 Kč per month • Complete training in ski equipment sales • Training in ski and snowboard servicing • Pleasant work environment and great team • Company benefits • Professional growth opportunities • Opportunity to work as HPP or DPP • Possibility of long-term collaboration Start date: September 1, 2026 – March 30, 2027, with possibility of extension Interested?
