Requirements: 2 years of experience in the food industry, knowledge of proper food safety practices, basic HACCP understanding. Experience working with systems such as SAP, DMO, and POKA. Experience with basic technical activities, machine setup and adjustment according to production type, experience operating machinery (e.g., Mašek bag sealing equipment, Mondini tray sealing equipment, Schubert pick-and-place equipment, Ishida combination scale, BowlCutter mixer, Meurer wrap shrink wrapper, Extruder, HME). Experience ensuring line efficiency—maintaining performance and material standards. Experience with continuous improvement processes and problem-solving.
