Valid from: 22.7.2026 Laser Operator Key Responsibilities • Machine Setup: Preparation of cutting parameters and implementation of production programs into the system. • Material Handling: Loading metal sheets onto the laser table and removing finished cuts. • Quality Control: Continuous measurement and inspection of finished parts according to technical drawings. • Sorting and Finishing: Identification of cut parts, sorting, and deburring edges. • Maintenance and Cleaning: Routine machine care, nozzle replacement, and cleaning of optics or work area. Worker Requirements • Education: Mechanical engineering background (apprenticeship certificate or secondary school) is a major advantage. • Drawing Reading: Ability to work with technical documentation. • Computer Literacy: Basic knowledge of CNC system operation. • Shift Work: Production often operates in a 2-shift schedule. What the Position Offers (Salary and Benefits) • Salary: 38,000 to 45,000 Kč gross per month. • Work Schedule: Typically works in two-shift mode • Common Benefits: Meal allowance, pension insurance contributions Subsidized meals, pension insurance.
