What awaits you with us: - machining on a 3-axis CNC machine in a custom manufacturing environment - work in a two-shift schedule (morning and afternoon) We require: - we expect technical thinking, manual dexterity, responsible work approach, and independence - valuable experience with CNC machine operation and the ability to read technical documentation, but we're happy to teach you everything We offer: - regular working hours from 06:00 to 14:00 and from 14:00 to 22:00 - bonuses for productivity and quality - opportunity for professional growth (transition to 4 or 5-axis machining centers, technology, programming) - diverse work on small-batch custom manufacturing - small friendly team and human approach of a purely Czech company - we gladly train recent graduates without experience or candidates from other fields
