Job Responsibilities: - Operation and setup of CNC press - machine preparation, program input/retrieval, tool setup and replacement (punches and dies) and bend angle corrections. - Material and bend inspection - quality control of sheet metal before processing and continuous measurement of angles and dimensions of finished parts. - Working with drawings - independent orientation in technical drawing documentation for correct determination of bending procedures and parameter settings. - Preparation and handling - workplace preparation, material and blank handling before and after bending. - Machine care and maintenance - cleaning, servicing, routine maintenance of the press and tools including wear inspection. - Record keeping and administration - documentation of technical work data and regular maintenance of work logs. Requirements: - Reliability and attention to detail - Professional discretion (confidentiality regarding internal company information) - Willingness to work 12-hour shifts
