We're looking for enthusiastic new team members for a server position at our new The Fifties Bistro located at the ONO gas station in Vysokov. If you enjoy a lively environment, connecting with people, and want to contribute to the welcoming atmosphere of an authentic American bistro, you're the right person for our team. What will your day look like? Your job will be to serve our guests and use your friendly approach to ensure they'll want to come back. You definitely won't be bored with us - you'll handle serving refreshments, tending bar, or preparing coffee. We work at a fast pace, but everything follows simple rules that make serving our guests easy. You don't need prior experience or education in the field; we're much more interested in your energy and enthusiasm. We're happy to teach you everything else. What do we expect from you? Punctuality and honesty are the foundation of our success. Maintaining cleanliness and order in the workplace is non-negotiable for us. An advantage is the ability to make decisions independently and quickly, while also demonstrating a strong team spirit. What can you expect from us? We treat each team member individually, so shift scheduling is always based on mutual agreement. You can choose morning, afternoon, or full-day shifts, whether on an employment contract or a work agreement.
