At ELKOP Technik s.r.o., with over 30 years of tradition in manufacturing electric heating elements, we're looking for a sales associate who will ensure smooth operations from order receipt through production processing. Our products are found in various industrial sectors where they help maintain proper temperature and smooth operation of technologies. Custom manufacturing is our daily business, and we care about every solution. What awaits you with us? Sales Support and Administration o Preparation of price quotes for custom manufacturing based on technical documentation o Processing of customer orders and their transfer to the production system o Customer communication (phone, e-mail) - resolving inquiries, confirming orders, clarifying specifications, handling complaints o Invoicing of orders and arranging transportation Back Office and Procurement o Ensuring material procurement for custom manufacturing - communicating with suppliers, monitoring deadlines o Coordination with production - ensuring smooth operations from order to shipment o Administration of the sales department and general office work What do we need from you? Education and Experience o Secondary education with high school diploma (ideally in economics or technical field) o Experience from a manufacturing company or background in sales administration, back office, or similar position welcome Technical Skills o MS Office (Excel, Outlook) at an advanced level o Ability to work with technical documentation (ability to read 2D drawings) - advantageous o Knowledge of POHODA accounting system or similar ERP system is a big plus Communication and Language Skills o Very good communication in Czech - ability to conduct professional interactions with customers and suppliers o English at A2/B1 level - primarily for written communication (emails, documentation) Personal Qualities o Attention to detail when processing inquiries/orders o Independence and ability to organize your own work o Proactive approach to task management o Pleasant and professional demeanor o Analytical thinking What do we offer? Working Conditions o Full-time employment o Starting salary 29,000 Kč gross per month, depending on experience.
