The job involves daily telephone and email communication with customers, preparing price quotes, processing orders, working in the POHODA system, managing e-shops and related administrative tasks. Approximately 30% of working time consists of telephone communication. We require excellent knowledge of standard Czech both spoken and written, excellent PC skills, independence, attention to detail, good work organization and commercial approach. Knowledge of the POHODA system is an advantage. Part-time employment 32.5 hours per week, working hours from 8:00 to 15:00 including a 30-minute break.
