Commercial Manager for Foreign Markets (Germany/Austria)

Job responsibilities include: Primary workplace is Zlín, with occasional travel abroad (Europe). Building and maintaining relationships with key partners and customers (primarily via phone and email communication, occasional travel abroad, or clients visiting the Czech Republic). Preparing commercial offers and negotiating contract terms (we will provide training and guidance based on established procedures) - based on received inquiries or information about public tender announcements. Actively seeking business opportunities on foreign markets. Market monitoring, competitive analysis, and identification of new trends. Representing the company at international trade fairs and conferences. Collaboration with other company departments to ensure product quality and delivery. What we expect: Minimum secondary education (ideally in technical or commercial fields). Experience in a similar position is a significant advantage. Excellent knowledge of English both spoken and written; additional language is an advantage. Attention to detail. Sales and negotiation skills. Results-oriented mindset and ability to work independently. Willingness to travel abroad occasionally. Basic technical knowledge.
