SALES MANAGER (M/F)

Job Responsibilities: • actively seek new customers and business opportunities, • maintain existing customers and develop business relationships, • conduct business negotiations, prepare proposals and negotiate business terms, • contribute to achieving sales plans and set targets, • monitor sales team results and evaluate their performance, • contribute to setting sales strategy and finding new ways to increase sales, • monitor market needs, competition and development of customer requirements, • collaborate with company management and other departments, • address business and customer requests and resolve any issues, • prepare overviews and reports on sales results, • contribute to setting up and improving business processes. We Require: • previous sales experience – ideally with experience in managing or coordinating people, • commercial thinking and results orientation, • ability to independently work with customers and negotiate, • natural authority and ability to lead and motivate colleagues, • organizational skills and independence, • good communication and presentation skills, • willingness to actively participate in sales activities, not just manage them, • valid driver's license category B.
