Job Description: - leading the sales department - monitoring compliance with established processes of sales assistants - complete knowledge of the status of existing and new business opportunities based on information from sales assistants - highly active involvement in existing business cases with the goal of closing contracts - identifying new business opportunities using company know-how - negotiations with investors, general contractors, site managers with the goal of closing business transactions for specific contracts - close cooperation with the technical department and handing over contracts for implementation - creating, setting up and improving sales processes - participation in the development of sales strategy and business goals - responsible for the company's sales results What We Expect From You - perfect leadership of the sales department and 100% communication and information sharing with company management - experience with B2B and B2C sales is a requirement, - experience in managing people is a requirement, - ability to negotiate and close deals, - independence and high level of responsibility, - business thinking, - results orientation, - excellent communication skills, - representative appearance - high level of loyalty - group B driver's license.
