We are looking for an independent and reliable addition to our sales team who values organization, can manage their own work effectively, and is not afraid of communicating with customers and colleagues. You will support our sales representatives, work with B2B customers, CRM and accounting systems, and help us keep our sales team and its administration running smoothly. Skills and Requirements: Experience: Sales experience and B2B administration practice (minimum 2 years). Systems: Knowledge of CRM (preferably Raynet) and accounting system (Money S5 is a huge advantage). Independence and Organization: Ability to prioritize without constant supervision, logical thinking in planning. Communication: Pleasant but assertive phone manner (communication with clients and partners). Attention to Detail: Eye for detail when working with data, price lists and contracts. Carefulness and reliability. Job Responsibilities Field Support: Preparing materials before meetings (client sales history, stock status of specific brands, catalogs). Filing prepared offers and registering new B2B partners in systems (Money S5, CRM). Ensuring samples and promotional materials are sent to partners. Team Coordination: Monitoring CRM Raynet entries by sales representatives. Preparing weekly sales reports for wholesale meetings with partners. Active B2B Customer Care and Administration: Handling routine inquiries by phone and restocking for smaller and medium-sized customers (B/C clients) in Czechia. Managing B2B e-shop (setting up client access, configuring price levels). Monitoring overdue receivables and initiating first contact with debtors.
