First contact: by phone: 725 980 356, Mon - Fri 7 - 15 e-mail: [email protected] What will you do in this position? - active communication with project clients - project preparation before construction starts (e.g., site preparation, etc.) - providing expert technical support and consulting - risk assessment and proposing optimal solutions - close collaboration with the sales and production departments regarding parameters for preparing bids (designer, estimator, sales representative, production manager, and chief construction supervisor) - processing inquiries and preparing price calculations, participation in business negotiations - material sourcing (concrete, steel) from established suppliers - detailed preparation of bids for tender processes. What qualifications should you have? - Secondary/University education in construction - previous experience in a similar position is a great advantage, knowledge of the construction industry is essential - general knowledge of the construction sector, the position is approximately 70% technical and 30% sales - user-level proficiency in MS Office - ability to read construction drawings and project documentation - Driver's license category B – active driver - good communication and organizational skills - diligence, reliability, teamwork.
