Recent Graduate Billing Specialist with Global Company in Central Malmö

SJR is now seeking a recent graduate Billing Specialist for an exciting consulting assignment with a global and well-renowned organization with offices in central Malmö. The position is full-time, starting as soon as possible and running until June 2027, with good opportunities for extension. About the Position In this role, you'll have the opportunity to work in an international organization where you're responsible for the company's billing process. The work is conducted in Oracle and is ideal for someone early in their career. The position is located at the client's office five days a week and offers a dynamic work environment with good communication and proximity to public transportation and services. Responsibilities As a Billing Specialist, you will primarily work with: - Billing in Oracle - Registration and administration of customer invoices - Ensuring accurate billing documentation - Handling questions related to invoices and the billing process - Monitoring and quality assurance of billing workflows - Ongoing administrative tasks within the billing function Desired Background We're looking for someone with a high school diploma and preferably some post-secondary education in economics. You may be a recent graduate or have some previous experience with administrative tasks, preferably including invoicing or accounting administration. Experience with Oracle is a plus but not required. You have good IT skills and feel comfortable working with different business systems and administrative tools. Since you'll be in contact with both Swedish and international colleagues, we see that you need to have strong Swedish and English skills, both spoken and written.
