We are responsible for, among other things, 31 preschools, 17 primary schools, adapted primary education, Nyköping Upper Secondary School, adapted upper secondary education, and adult education at Campus Nyköping. Nyköping Resource School is a small school with approximately 35 students with a home municipality mandate that operates with high adult-to-student ratios and small teaching groups. As a social pedagogue here, you work closely with teachers, mentors, and all professions within Student Welfare. 1 position(s). DUTIES As a social pedagogue, you play an important role in working both preventatively and supportively to create and maintain sustainable relationships. Your role involves removing obstacles to students' participation in teaching and a functioning school day. In this way, assessment and mapping are important components for understanding how different social situations can be planned for the best possible outcomes. The student group typically has previous negative school experiences, which must be an important starting point for this work. The work involves direct work with students, both individually and in groups. You work closely with guardians and network with other actors such as social services. We are looking for someone who wants to be part of developing the pedagogical work around our students as part of a team. Based on the curriculum's central content, you will together create a meaningful, creative, and inspiring school environment. We want our operations to be characterized by a positive approach and we have strong confidence in students' abilities. You collaborate with guardians, other educators, the student welfare team, and school management to provide students with a good education. QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for you with a degree in social pedagogy and good knowledge of schools and after-school care. You have documented experience working with students in need of special support. It is meriting to have a strong solution-focused approach and high organizational ability. It is self-evident for us that you place the student and the student's success at the center. You need to have stable leadership as well as good organizational and collaboration skills. Good experience in cooperation and coordination with other actors such as social services, child and adolescent psychiatric services, and rehabilitation services. Salary form: Monthly salary.
