The recruitment is handled by Nuvia Nordic AB, but employment occurs with Nuvia Access AB. About the Role Nuvia Access AB is now seeking motivated scaffolders for Ringhals nuclear power plant. Here you'll have the opportunity to contribute to a safety-critical and exciting project where work is characterized by high demands for safety, quality, and professionalism. As a scaffolder, you'll work together with your team to assemble and maintain scaffolding and weather protection that enables work at the facility. Main responsibilities: Assembly and disassembly of building scaffolding and weather protection Planning and loading of materials Inspection and verification that scaffolding meets all safety requirements Work in compliance with applicable work environment regulations and safety standards Your Profile We're looking for you if you are thorough, responsible, and safety-conscious. You take responsibility for your work, keep your promises, and ensure the job is done properly – from start to finish. You work well in a team and contribute to a positive atmosphere at the workplace. You're someone who pitches in when needed, helps your colleagues, and can also take independent responsibility when the work requires it. As a scaffolder, you need to be comfortable with physical and practical work. We particularly look for: Professional certification according to AFS 2023:11 Several years of experience as a scaffolder Strong safety mindset and attention to detail Good physical capability Good ability to express yourself in speech and writing in Swedish It's also positive if you have: Category B driver's license Experience working in construction or industry Want to become an apprentice? We're also interested in you if you want to take the step into the profession and develop into a skilled scaffolder.
