JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
48:an is an LSS group home in stairwell model with 8 users and 7 employees. The schedule includes day/evening/weekends and on-call duty. 48:an is a RUA unit (result unit with extended responsibility) which means that as a care assistant with us you have additional responsibility over, for example, finances and personnel responsibility at the unit.
As a care assistant at 48:an group home you support and help users with planning and implementation of daily activities based on the individual and individually designed implementation plan. Work tasks include personal care, medication, shopping, cleaning and laundry. Lots of outdoor time and walks and various activities during users' leisure time.
The work includes some administrative tasks, so it is important that you have good computer skills. In addition to administration, documentation is an important work task.
As staff you work based on professional and low-affective interaction.
The work involves collaboration with nurses, physiotherapists and occupational therapists. Maintain good contact with relatives and Godeman.
With us you participate in business development, quality assurance and skills development together with your colleagues.
QUALIFICATIONS
We are looking for someone who is trained as a nursing assistant or other education that the employer considers equivalent. Computer skills and B driver's license are required. You must be able to plan work and take own initiative in organizing the day's work or upcoming work shifts. You need to master the Swedish language well in speech and writing.
Great weight will be placed on personal qualities. Flexible, committed, responsible and having good collaboration skills are qualities we highly value.
