In this role, you'll work with incoming and outgoing deliveries as well as internal transports. You'll also be responsible for booking these shipments. You'll ensure that received goods are entered into Monitor and unloaded to the designated location. In addition to the above responsibilities, your duties will include: Incoming goods and receiving inspections Tracking orders with subcontractors such as powder coaters and painters Picking up finished items and assisting production with the correct materials Packing outgoing goods and ordering external transports according to company policy Inventory management Handling complaints (excluding registration and follow-up) Sending reminders to suppliers and informing the internal team if schedules are adjusted due to delivery time changes. Qualifications: You should have several years of experience from similar positions and must have strong knowledge of Monitor. As a person, you should be action-oriented and communicative to coordinate both transports and production. We're also looking for someone who wants to develop within the role and continuously improve the service so we can achieve the most efficient workflows. You must have a class B driver's license and forklifts certificates A and B. Experience with steel and metal materials is a plus. About Stockholms vattenskärning AB: Stockholms vattenskärning was founded in 1989 and is the heart of the Steelex Group. We primarily work with contract manufacturing in the metal processing industry, with CNC-controlled water jet cutting as our specialty. Today we are a complete mechanical workshop. With over 30 years in the industry, we have the experience, knowledge, and capacity to call ourselves a complete supplier within metal processing. Our business idea is to help our customers from idea to finished product – our prototyping and product development department works directly with the various production departments and can easily follow the process and keep you updated throughout. Since 2025, Intermekano is also part of Stockholms vattenskärning, and at our facility in Bålsta we manufacture tools, prototypes, and component parts.
