Submit your resume to: [email protected] Job Responsibilities: Responsibility for purchasing materials for production in the required volume, quality, and timeline; securing the best possible contractual terms and prices based on current market conditions; close collaboration with commercial and technical departments; specifying material needs and requirements based on production plans; constant and active communication with suppliers; strict monitoring of delivery schedules and contractual conditions; handling complaints; responsibility for material transportation, ordering shipments, and communicating with carriers; issuing and verifying material and transportation orders in the Helios system; ongoing monitoring and tracking of material inventory levels; maintaining optimal stock levels; identifying and selecting new suppliers. Requirements: Czech/English at B1 level; excellent negotiation and organizational skills; minimum 3 years of experience in a materials purchasing role at a manufacturing company; knowledge of technical documentation; familiarity with production planning; responsibility; reliability; ability to collaborate actively; independence in work execution.
