Recruitment Specialist with English

What will your job responsibilities be? - comprehensive support for Filipino employees from their arrival through the end of employment, - daily communication with employees in English, - recruitment of employees (administrative staff, operators, and temp workers), communication with candidates and conducting job interviews, - organizing onboarding, initial training, and administrative tasks related to employment, - arranging occupational health examinations - scheduling appointments, related administration and accompanying employees to specialized medical evaluations (e.g., welders to the Occupational Medicine Center in Ostrava), - collaboration on HR projects and support for the HR department. What do we expect from you? - active knowledge of English - you'll use it every day, - empathetic approach, independence and ability to handle various situations, - excellent organizational and communication skills, - flexibility, reliability and stress resilience, - Group B driver's license (active driver), - user-level knowledge of MS Office, - knowledge of Polish language is an advantage. This is a maternity/parental leave replacement position.
