Suitable for individuals with disabilities. We are hiring a payroll accountant for a stable and established company providing security services and operating sheltered workshops. This position is also suitable for persons with disabilities, to whom we want to provide opportunities in the job market. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: Complete payroll processing for employees. Tracking attendance, vacation, sick leave, and other absences. Calculation of wages, contributions, deductions, and bonuses. Registering and deregistering employees with health insurance companies and the Social Security Office. Processing electronic salary documents (ELDP), annual tax settlement, and income certificates. Communication with authorities (Social Security Office, health insurance companies, tax office). Preparing documentation for accounting and audit. Monitoring changes in employment and payroll legislation. Managing personnel and payroll documentation. Processing garnishments, insolvencies, and other wage deductions. REQUIREMENTS: Experience in a similar position. Knowledge of payroll legislation. Experience with payroll software (e.g., Pohoda). Attention to detail, independence, and discretion.
