Payroll/Accounting Specialist

Education: Bachelor's degree or higher vocational education, or secondary education with a minimum of 10 years of experience. Required skills and abilities: - Knowledge of accounting and tax laws - Excellent proficiency in MS Office, SAP experience is an advantage - Independence, willingness to pursue further education - Work experience is an advantage. Job responsibilities: - Work in the SAP system - Review requests from the WEB, process documentation related to official salary payments - Process and settle individual payrolls for police officers in respective departments - Issue certificates of official salary amounts upon request from authorities, perform all deductions, claims collection, and enforcement actions from official salaries and send payments - Archive payroll records and all documents related to official salary processing - Responsible for completeness, logical and factual accuracy, and timeliness of data entry into information systems - Continuously familiarize yourself with new internal management acts and regulations.
