Additional Information: 6) What do we expect from you? What skills are we looking for? • EXPERIENCE IN PAYROLL AREA - minimum 3 years, ideally in a manufacturing company • at least secondary education, ideally in economics • knowledge of accounting is an advantage (payroll accounting) • knowledge of labor law regulations (Employment Act, health insurance law, wage garnishment, vacation, work obstacles) • experience with HR administration - hiring, termination, contracts, amendments • experience with foreign employee management agenda • practice in payroll software • independence and attention to detail - work with sensitive data • discretion and professional conduct • willingness to learn new things • knowledge of MS Office - especially Excel is necessary • English is an advantage What will you do? What will you be responsible for? • comprehensive management of payroll accounting in accordance with current legislation • cooperation on monthly and annual accounting closures • communication with OSSZ and health insurance companies, employee registrations/deregistrations, JMHZ • preparation of documentation and cooperation during inspections by state institutions and control authorities • processing of sick leave benefits, wage garnishment/insolvency deductions • performing monthly and annual closures, RZD, settlement of advance and withholding income tax, mandatory share, ELDP • administration of attendance records - verification, closures, resolution of discrepancies • benefits administration - meal voucher allowance, Edenred system, etc. • providing advice and support to employees in resolving their payroll and tax-related questions • entering and updating data in internal systems • cooperation with plant management - preparation of reports • administrative activities as needed (processing orders, invoices, etc.) • compliance with internal guidelines and IATF 16949 requirements • work within the HR team What can we offer you? • start date possible November 2026 • employment contract for a definite period • 25 days vacation + subsidized meals (lunch) • workplace in the Louny Industrial Zone Employee Benefits: - Pension supplementary insurance contribution • Meal allowance • Bonus E-Cafeterie system (Edenred) • Bonuses and benefits on the occasion of life and work anniversaries and events • Loyalty bonuses for years worked in the company • Clean environment and 25 days vacation
