Adamcy Service s.r.o., a staffing agency partnering with CBA group companies, is seeking a reliable professional for the position of Payroll Accountant on a full-time permanent basis with responsibility for processing payroll for a large number of employees with team support and established processes. Your responsibilities will include: • Complete payroll processing (HPP, DPP, DPČ) • Maintaining payroll records in the system • Communication with authorities (OSSZ, health insurance companies, tax office) • Processing sick leave benefits • Processing reports, notifications, JMHZ, statistics, and annual tax settlement • Verification of payroll documentation • Management of electronic mailbox services (receiving and sending messages) • Collaboration with HR department and clients (CBA group companies) We expect from you: • Experience in a similar position (ideally in a larger company) • Knowledge of Vema payroll software is an advantage • Good understanding of labor and payroll legislation • Attention to detail, independence, and responsible approach • User proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) • Discretion when working with sensitive data Employee benefits: • Full-time permanent contract with possibility of extension • Flexible working hours • Quarterly and annual bonuses • Additional vacation days based on years of service • Discounted employee purchases (groceries, drugstore) • Discounts (Hobby market OL IN, Bludoveček restaurant) • Discounted fuel and mobile phone rates • Subsidized meals, company canteen Contact: CALL Monday-Friday from 6:30 AM to 2:30 PM, or by email
