COOP Pardubice is looking for reinforcement for the position: Payroll Accountant / HR Specialist Do you have at least 4 years of experience in payroll accounting and are you knowledgeable in HR? Start date: by agreement (possible immediately) Job responsibilities: - complete and independent processing of payroll for company employees - management of comprehensive HR agenda from hire to termination - preparation of employment contracts, amendments, agreements (DPP, DPČ) and other documents - processing of attendance records, payroll supporting documents and verification of their accuracy - communication with state institutions (OSSZ, health insurance companies, tax office) - ensuring employee registration and deregistration - annual tax settlement, ELDP, evidence sheets and other legally required outputs - monitoring and application of current legislation in the field of payroll and labor law - cooperation with company management and individual facilities We require: - experience in HR is a condition - very good knowledge of payroll, tax and labor law legislation - experience with independent payroll processing (ideally for a larger number of employees) - experience with payroll and HR systems (advantageous) - attention to detail, systematic approach and high degree of responsibility - ability to work independently and as part of a team - discretion and professional approach We offer: - stable employment in a traditional Czech company - appropriate financial compensation based on experience - meal vouchers or meal voucher allowance - opportunity for further education and professional growth - pleasant work environment and supportive team Contact: Ing.
