RAP BRNO food wholesale. s.r.o. in Tišnov is looking for a reliable and pleasant colleague for the position of Payroll Accountant in a friendly team. We offer: - Employment on a full-time basis - Reduced half-time position (working hours by agreement) - Salary 16 000 – 18 000 Kč - Monthly allowance for work clothing maintenance (clothing allowance) - On-the-job training - Stable employment in a thriving Czech company - Start possible immediately or by agreement Job duties: - Processing employee payroll (LORGA payroll software), including sending contribution reports to health and social insurance, ELDP. - Annual tax settlement - Processing sick leave benefits and enforcement deductions (communication with enforcement offices.) - Labor relations agenda (starts, exits, changes). - Maintenance of personnel documentation (employment contracts, attendance, health examinations, ŘP, etc.) - BOZP (in cooperation with an external company) - Support for management in the HR area. - Communication with authorities (ČSSZ, health insurance companies, FÚ, JMHZ, banks). We require: - Experience in economics, payroll accounting and HR. - Knowledge of payroll and labor law legislation, ZP - Knowledge of PC work (MS Office, payroll systems advantageous). - Independence, reliability and attention to detail. - Criminal record clearance. - Minimum secondary education Employee benefits: clothing allowance
