Would you like to work at an independent analysis agency where engaged employees are the most important resource? The Swedish Agency for Health and Care Services Analysis is tasked with monitoring and analyzing healthcare, dental care, and social services from a patient, user, and citizen perspective. Today, approximately 80 people work at the agency. We are now seeking additional experienced investigators who want to help strengthen, contribute to, and develop our operations. About the Role As an investigator, you will work with analyses that contribute to improving quality and efficiency in healthcare, dental care, and social services. We work with both government assignments and analyses that we initiate ourselves. Projects often require both quantitative and qualitative methods and must deliver robust and policy-relevant decision-making support to the government and other central actors. We work in team-based projects from idea and study design to communication. In the project, you participate actively and operatively in planning, data collection, analysis, and report writing. You will both lead projects and sometimes participate as a team member in a project team. Beyond your work in specific projects, we would like you to contribute to the agency's method and operational development. This could include developing common working practices, improving analysis methods, supporting colleagues in method selection, and contributing to quality assurance of analyses and reports. Who Are You? We are looking for someone who has: an academic degree at the master's level with a social sciences orientation (for example, political science, business or national economics, statistics, sociology, or public health) or equivalent experience and qualifications at least five years of experience with qualified investigation or analysis work in the welfare sector within or on assignment from the public sector or within research good analytical ability, meaning the ability to formulate questions, handle various relevant analysis methods and data materials, see relationships, ensure quality, and translate data collection into analysis and policy-relevant conclusions experience leading team-based investigation and analysis projects a good ability to express yourself in speech and writing in Swedish, which is our working language. It is advantageous if you have: experience with investigation and analysis work in a knowledge-intensive organization in the areas of healthcare, dental care, or social services research education.
