Do you want to work at an independent analysis agency where engaged employees are the most important resource? The Swedish Agency for Health and Care Services Analysis' mission is to monitor and analyze healthcare, dental care, and social services from a patient, user, and citizen perspective. Today, approximately 80 people work at the agency. We are now seeking additional analysts with a background in quantitative or qualitative methods. In our analysis operations, analysts and investigators work together, where analyst is a more junior role. As an analyst with us, you will have the opportunity to grow and develop while contributing to important societal issues. We are looking for someone who is relatively early in their career and wants to deepen your knowledge in analysis and evaluation. About the role As an analyst, you will work with analyses that contribute to improving the quality and efficiency of healthcare, dental care, and social services. We work with both government assignments and analyses we initiate ourselves. Projects often require both quantitative and qualitative methods and should deliver robust and policy-relevant decision support to the government and other key stakeholders. In the role of analyst, you will work with different parts of an analysis project, such as collecting and processing statistics, planning, conducting and analyzing surveys and interviews, compiling literature, structuring and analyzing questions, and writing report texts. In your work, you may take responsibility for individual substudies within a larger project. You are also expected to contribute to environmental monitoring. In the longer term, project management may also become relevant. Who are you? We are looking for someone who has: an academic degree at master's level with a social science focus (for example political science, business or national economics, statistics, sociology or public health science) or equivalent experience and qualifications good knowledge of analysis and investigation methods experience with quantitative or qualitative methods the ability to analyze complex issues and present conclusions in a clear and pedagogical manner good ability to express yourself in speech and writing in Swedish, which is our working language. It is a merit if you have: one to two years of work experience in qualified analysis and investigation work in the welfare sector within or on behalf of the public sector or within research experience in applying quantitative or qualitative methods experience with analyses in the areas of healthcare, dental care or social services.
