About the role As a project manager with us, you are the spider in the web between client, production and suppliers. You plan, coordinate and follow up customer projects from order to delivery and invoicing. You work closely with clients, sales representatives and internal specialists while ensuring quality, clear communication and professional execution. Your responsibilities · Lead and coordinate customer projects from start to finish · Calculate quotes, handle orders, invoice and follow up on projects · Ensure quality, delivery, profitability and customer satisfaction · Implement new clients and new projects · Collaborate with production, suppliers, sales and internal specialists · Identify customer needs and opportunities for upselling · Contribute to efficient processes and continuous improvements We are looking for you who · Have experience in project management and customer responsibility in B2B · Are structured, communicative and solution-oriented · Thrive with many contact points and a fast pace · Have good business acumen and enjoy creating customer value · Have strong skills in Swedish and English, both spoken and written It is a merit if you have an understanding of graphic production, communication or related business.
