Initial contact via email - Anna Mazurová, email: [email protected] Incident/ticket resolution (phone, email, chat) and implementation of requests. Providing L1 technical support for customers in the networking area. Monitoring customer infrastructure, customer communication, troubleshooting. Previous IT support experience required. Willingness to work 24x7 shifts. English language communication required.
