The work is focused on meeting scheduling, where through daily phone contact you book customer meetings for our brokers. By working proactively toward the market and creating new dialogues with homeowners and investors, the team supports our franchisees and real estate agents in their daily work. About the Role You will work as a meeting scheduler where your main task is to contact potential customers by phone and book meetings for our brokers, positioning Svensk Fastighetsförmedling as the obvious choice on the market. The role is based at our head office in central Stockholm, working from the office. We are accepting applications for both full-time and part-time positions. For part-time work, you must be able to work at least one day per week. We are looking for you who: Have experience with phone sales, meeting scheduling, or other outbound phone contact work Speak and write fluent Swedish Live in Stockholm You have a strong results focus, self-motivation, and thrive in a role where clear goals are a natural part of daily work.
