Do you want to develop as a salesperson while helping people improve their finances? The Role As a loan officer, you are responsible for initial customer contact. You help the customer create an application over the phone and book them for a meeting with a consultant. The best part about this role is that it's completely free and non-binding for customers (since we get paid by our partner banks), and that's exactly why our customers are so grateful for our help! Base Salary and Commission The compensation model is built on a secure base salary, plus an attractive commission structure with no cap that is entirely based on your performance.
