JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Your role as a meeting booker involves mapping the client's market, identifying the potential customer base, and then working that base to book meetings for the client. We use the industry's leading CRM tools with a strong focus on measurability and results.
Our meeting bookers are passionate about sales conversations, making cold calls, and are motivated by the knowledge that they are helping to create new business opportunities for our customers and impact their bottom line. We are now looking for someone with previous experience, as the goal is for you to take responsibility for your own projects—that is, for the entire process, from prospecting and new customer outreach to check-ins and reporting to the client.
You will primarily perform tasks such as:
- Contact via phone and email
- CRM and administrative sales work
- Project responsibility and reporting internally and to the end client
PERSONAL QUALITIES
To succeed in the role of consultant with us, you must be a structured, communicative, and quick-thinking person. Of course, you are driven and take personal responsibility for maintaining a high work pace. To fit in with our customers, you are an open and easygoing person and a true team player. Since you will be in contact with senior executives, we believe you have strong social competence.
Important for the position:
- Previous experience with new customer outreach in B2B
- A structured work approach and a driven personality
- Excellent Swedish and English, spoken and written
- Good system and computer skills
ABOUT THE POSITION
The position as meeting booker with project responsibility is a full-time role that runs indefinitely, starting immediately. Working hours are primarily Monday-Friday 08:00-17:00.
