Aimpoint is a world-leading company that develops and manufactures red dot sights. They are expanding rapidly and now need to strengthen their team in Malmö. Here you will work in a meticulous and process-oriented workflow, where your contribution is crucial to product quality. What does the role involve? As an assembler or operator, you will work hands-on in a structured production environment. You rotate between stations and perform tasks that require concentration, precision, and fine motor skills. The position is at Aimpoint in Malmö Working hours – shift rotation: Week 1 (Morning shift): Monday–Thursday 06.00–14.20, Friday 06.00–12.00 Week 2 (Evening shift): Monday–Thursday 14.20–22.40, Friday 12.00–18.00 Are you the one? We are looking for someone who enjoys working with precision and quality. If you have hobbies or experience where fine motor skills play an important role – for example, makeup, model building, weapon maintenance, electronics, or gaming – that is a big plus. You likely have: ✔️ Good manual dexterity ✔️ Ability to focus for extended periods ✔️ Organization, precision, and good workflow ✔️ Willingness to learn and contribute to a safe and efficient workplace We are looking for someone who: 🔹 Is 18 years or older 🔹 Speaks and writes fluent Swedish at a very high level. 🔹 Accepts a thorough background check. 🔹 Accepts participating in a group interview, which is the first step in the hiring process.
