We are looking for assemblers for our customer Mastec Solution in Vaggeryd.
We offer daytime work where you work with technically challenging products. The assembly consists of modules and systems that can contain mechanics, hydraulics, electrical and vacuum components.

We are looking for someone who is technically skilled, enjoys working with hands-on projects and mechanics, is solution-oriented and thrives in a role where you can combine practical work with problem-solving. You work independently, take responsibility for your tasks and at the same time find it easy to collaborate with others.
As a person, you are structured, thorough and engaged. You have a natural drive to develop both yourself and the operation and are happy to contribute ideas for improvements.
Responsibilities
In your role as an assembler, you will work with assembly of technically advanced products and systems. Your responsibilities will include:
Assembling modules and complete systems containing mechanical, hydraulic, electrical and vacuum-based components.
Reading and following drawings, assembly instructions and work descriptions.
Performing quality inspections to ensure that products meet established quality requirements.
Troubleshooting and adjusting products as needed.
Collaborating with colleagues in your work team to ensure efficient workflows and high quality.
The work is scheduled for daytime hours and you will become part of a close-knit team where collaboration, quality and a good work environment are the focus.
We are looking for someone with a technical interest, for example in vehicles, cars or other technical work. If you have experience with hydraulics and/or electrical assembly, this is a merit. A crane certificate and a forklift certificate are also an advantage. You need to be fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written.
