Are you handy, technically minded, and enjoy working with your hands? We are now recruiting assemblers for our customer in Lessebo! JOB RESPONSIBILITIES We are looking for assemblers for our customer in Lessebo. You will work with the assembly of various types of attachments and equipment on trucks. It is practical and varied work where you get to use both your hands and your technical thinking. The work involves assembling load exchangers, lifts, flatbeds, cranes, and other equipment on different truck chassis. You work from drawings and instructions and need to be able to understand how the different parts fit together to create a finished product. An important part of the role is being able to plan your work and time effectively. You need to be able to see what needs to be done, stay ahead of the game, and at the same time have an overview of the whole picture. The work takes place in a team and you help each other to solve tasks and maintain a good pace throughout production. PERSONAL QUALITIES & QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for someone with a genuine interest in technology and mechanics and who has hands-on experience, either through work or in your spare time. You don't need to know everything from the start, but we would like to see that you have experience with practical work where you have used tools and solved technical problems. To thrive in the role, we believe that you: Have experience with mechanical work or assembly Can read and understand drawings Have a technical interest and enjoy hands-on work Can see the big picture and understand how different parts fit together Are meticulous Enjoy working together with others Can take responsibility for your own tasks and drive them forward It is a merit if you have experience with vehicles, industry, hydraulics, or vehicle electrical systems. Forklift and crane certificates as well as a truck driver's license are also merits. Above all, we are looking for someone who wants to develop and sees the work long-term. You need to have the right attitude, be curious, and want to learn more. Since the work takes place in a team, it is also important that you contribute to a good atmosphere and are a person others can rely on. ABOUT THE POSITION The position as an assembler is a full-time consulting assignment. You will be employed by Eterni Sweden AB and work as a consultant for our customer.
