Here you will become part of a dedicated team working to manufacture prefabricated wood building elements, where quality, sustainability, and collaboration are in focus. Job Responsibilities In your role as an assembler, you will work with: Assembly of prefabricated wood building elements. Assembly of wall blocks, roof elements, and other building components according to drawings and work instructions. Handling of hand tools and machines in production. Quality assurance of completed work. Contributing to a safe, efficient, and well-functioning work environment. This position is based on daytime hours. About You We are looking for someone who is hands-on and thrives in a production environment where collaboration and quality are a natural part of everyday work. You have strong commitment to your work and enjoy seeing the results of what you create. We would especially like to see that you: Have experience in manufacturing, production, or construction. Are hands-on and enjoy physical work. Are thorough and quality-conscious. Can work both independently and with others. Have a positive attitude and a desire to develop. If you have experience with assembly, blueprint reading, or a forklift license, that is a plus, but we place great emphasis on your attitude and personality.
